Josef Bergs Enterprise was founded in 1878 in Gablonz in the Sudetenland and has continuously been a family-run business ever since. After expulsion from Czechoslovakia our company re-established itself in Neugablonz, Kaufbeuren in Bavaria where we’ve been producing parts for the Fashion Jewellery Industry for over fifty years.

Components for Swarovski stones, universal stampings
With our own production facilities, we are able to offer our customers a very diverse range and realize almost any wish. The stone dimensions and variants of the famous jewelry manufacturer Swarovski form the basis of our assortment. We manufacture raw metal bases, settings, sew-on settings, standard and fantasy cup-chains, necklaces, pendants as well as bracelets. We offer our products in different shapes and sizes and some with flower and leave ornaments.
We also produce a great variety of simili-stampings, filigree-stampings and frame stampings for different sizes of glass and plastic stones. We also manufacture caps for Christmas baubles according to customer desire with a guarantee of design confidentiality. In addition, we can supply a large variety of charm stampings such as hearts, animals, fruits, crosses, flowers and leaves, and also stampings with equestrian, hunting, marine, sport and mountaineering themes.
Quality – Made in Germany
High production and quality standards have always been our priority and are important criteria for the success of our company. For over 50 years, the company Josef Bergs has manufactured all its products in Germany. Even when sourcing the raw material TOMBAK, high quality processing is the priority. The type of brass manufactured in Germany is guaranteed free from harmful substances and nickel under EU guideline 94/27/EC and regulation 197/2006 (REACH).
Certified according to DIN EN 10204, the raw material largely comprises copper, at about 85%. In order to consistently guarantee high quality, the material is also certified according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and the Clear Policy Declaration (CPD) of Swarovski. With our experienced and highly qualified specialist staff we are able to comply with the high production and quality standards of “Made in Germany” throughout the production process.

With our own manufacturing facilities, including for example our own tools and engraving department, we are able to fulfil almost all customer wishes individually and flexibly.
