Our standard cup chains consist of the claw setting, as the main component, and a so-called thread wire, as the connecting piece between the settings. There are two side slits along the settings, in which we thread the brass wire manually. The two lateral setting openings determine the final course of the chain.

In addition to the setting, you can also custom determine the position of the brass wire. That way, you can create a multitude of different pieces of jewelry. The central vertical course (“bracelet” no. 1) and the horizontal course in the middle (“Bracelet” no. 2) are suitable for the manufacture of bracelets. The course of the brass wire gives the standard cup chains their typical lying and close-fitting shape. The upper vertical (“Necklace” no. 3) and horizontal (“Necklace” no. 5) wire course is recommended for necklaces. The wire course gives the standard cup chains their typical “standing” shape. The shape also prevents it from tilting forward at the neck.
